The NeighborConnectorTM App helps community members create personal profiles and invite others into their trusted micro-circles. Residents can connect securely to share support and companionship. You can also connect with close friends and family outside your neighborhood.
Current community apps and volunteer platforms emphasize large, broadcast-style communication on social feeds that offer resources and tools, but they don't support small-scale community building, trust or companionship the way NeighborConnectorTM does. In an age of technology, neighbors, friends and family remain disconnected and unaware of potential support systems. Loneliness and isolation are creating a serious health crisis, especially among older adults and vulnerable neighbors in need of local help.
Create a circle or have your closest neighbors, friends and family join by invitation only, eliminating noise from people outside your private circle for a more intimate experience. We call this "Circle Living."
Features
Optional Safety Check-Ins
This optional feature lets your circle members know how you're doing by checking in and marking yourself "Safe" each day. Use 911 in a real emergency.
Community Circles
You can create or join verified neighbor groups, called "micro-circles," to share updates, ask for help or plan events. Whether you want to chat, schedule walks, need help with chores, rides, errands or want to plan a get-together, your circle is there for you.
Group Chat & Media Sharing
Stay in touch with your local circle by sending messages and sharing images or photos in a secure, private chat. Over time, you can turn strangers into acquaintances and then into friends, building a strong support system.

Holly is your personal assistant. She can answer your questions about the app as you learn to use it. She understands that not everyone is comfortable with technology.
How It Works
Step 1: Create Your Profile
Download the app and create your profile by adding your name, photo and a few details about yourself. You can hide or make visible your emergency contact numbers if you want. Share only what you feel comfortable with. You can update your profile whenever you like.
Step 2: Click "Create Group" Or "Join Group"
When you create a group, pick a name for it. Invite trusted family and friends who live nearby, and they'll get a message code inviting them to join. You approve all requests to join your group. You can also report users who aren't a good fit for your circle.
Step 3: Start Building Relationships
Once you have your circle, start individual conversations by checking in with your people, posting your thoughts and ideas or asking for support. Respond to others posts and stay in touch. If you want to have other discussions, start a group chat!
About Us
The NeighborConnectorTM App is a volunteer-powered free mobile app designed to help neighbors build trust and support within small, verified social groups called "micro-circles". It was developed by Community Care Housing, a 501(c)(3) organization that promotes connected and shared housing opportunities, offers scholarships and grants to those in need, along with raising awareness and providing education on housing issues.
A part of connected and shared housing involves technology so unlike other community platforms designed for hundreds of homes or HOA communities, NeighborConnectorTM focuses on relationships among a select few people you've met and want to build trust with.
